アリーナ ホテル スペシャル クラス - イスタンブール

ホテル全体について、内装や家具が素敵でロマンチックな雰囲気だった。清潔にされていて快適に過ごせたし、朝食もおいしかった。

特に良くなかったというわけではないが、強いて言えば、イスタンブールには屋上など眺めのいいテラスで朝食をとれるホテルが多いのだが、小雨だったためか、景色も特に見えない屋内（１Ｆ）で朝食だったのがやや残念。

リクエストしていたが、風呂付の部屋に最初の日泊まれなかった。かなりの交渉をして２日目から泊まれた。

部屋の水道栓が堅すぎ、閉まりにく夜中じゅう水がでており、設備の維持管理が不十分な点がある。

朝ご飯が美味しかった。

3人で泊まったけど、カップとかは２人分だった。

日本語も少しわかるスタッフもいて対応がよかった。フランクで色々と頼みやすかった。女性に向いている内装でした。

The location is very convenient to the attractions of the old city of Istanbul. The hotel has a romantic air with old Turkish decor. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms are clean and roomy. The breakfast is very good and there is an outdoor eating area.

The location, the comfort and quiet atmosphere & environment, the hotel and room cleanliness , the friendly and very helpful staff particularly front desk staff,the assistance to arrange trips and sightseeing. I look forward to a future stay in Arena Hotel

there was not enough headroom above the shower (it had a sloping roof) but otherwise the bathroom was fine

Very nice staff. The breakfast was good and the chef made an omelet from my choice of ingredients. Romantic neighborhood in the old city of Sultanahmet.

The hotel is an unexpected discovery: it is a family hotel with a very good location (if you don’t mind being in an old part of the town) with all major attractions within 5-10mins walking distance. The hotel has a lift (a rare thing in this part of the town), Turkish sauna, lovely décor, tea/coffee making facilities and free wi-fi. Being rather pedantic about hygiene and safety, I was pleasantly surprised about good quality of my room (spacious, clean and comfortable) plus a very nice welcome pack (including sleepers and bathrobes). Day staff was exceptionally helpful and flexible. I can’t praise them enough. They made me feel welcome, safe and went out of their way to help with every query or request I had.

The only thing that spoiled my impression was the night staff (night porter). He was too formal, inflexible, very unfriendly and made me feel like was back at school again. It was absolutely unnecessary as this is a family run hotel where one would expect a warm, friendly and relaxing atmosphere.

The Arena Hotel is a lovely cozy hotel in a quiet neighborhood close to many tourist attractions. The breakfast buffet is wonderful. Rooms are clean.

Our first night we did not get two beds as requested. The pull-out sofa was horrible. Our room was changed for the next 2 nights. Most of the staff is friendly and helpful. However, the day time hotel receptionist was not friendly at all. We were afraid to even ask him a question.

The location is excellent. Te 3rd floor room we stayed had a wonderful view to the roofs of Sultanahmet and sea.

Breakfast needs improvement

Location- decoration. The room we were put in the second day after complaining for the unacceptable room in the attick that we were put in the first day

The first night we checked in we were placed in a room in the atick. It was impossible to stand in this room without banging your head to the "ceiling". There was a tiny triangular window.Totally unacceptable to place human beings in this room. After complaining the next day we were placed in a very nice room. One should be careful with this hotel and should not accept to be placed in such a room. Furthermore I choise this hotel because it is stated that it has a private parking. This is not true. One has to park in the street. There is not a single parking space belonging to the hotel!

Very nice and clean rooms. Perfect Location and very helpful and friendly staff. Nice breakfast. All in all: the perfect hotel for a trip to Istanbul.

The location is very good.

Most of the staff are very sluggish, seemed like were very unhappy to work with clients. Only one woman- a receptionist - tried her best to make us satisfied. We changed four times the room, tried to find one with air conditioning working! Terrible!
